DairyTracks was born from a simple observation: while technology has transformed almost every industry, most dairy farms still rely on paper notebooks, WhatsApp groups, and memory to run their operations.
We set out to change that. Our platform brings enterprise-grade management tools to dairy operations of every size — from a family farm with 20 cows to a commercial operation with thousands of animals across multiple locations.
Every feature in DairyTracks was designed in partnership with real dairy farmers, veterinarians, and farm managers. We didn't just build software — we built a tool that farmers actually want to use.
How it started.
From a frustrating notebook to a platform used by 500+ farms.
The Problem
Our founder, managing his family's dairy farm outside Lahore, spent 3 hours daily updating paper records. When a cow fell ill and he couldn't find her vaccination history, he knew there had to be a better way.
First Prototype
A simple web app tracking 40 animals grew into something bigger. Neighboring farmers asked for access. Within 3 months, 15 farms were testing the platform.
Product-Market Fit
With 100+ farms on-boarded and 50,000 animal records processed, DairyTracks found its stride. Multi-farm management, WhatsApp alerts, and the breeding module launched.
Scaling Up
Today, 500+ farms across Pakistan and beyond trust DairyTracks with their operations. Over 250,000 animals tracked, 2.3M milk records processed, and counting.
